Compiled Recipe – Chicken Pasta

Chicken Pasta

* 3 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 cup red onions, chopped
* 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* ½ cup Hoisin sauce
* ¼ cup chili garlic sauce
* ½ cup chicken stock
* 1 ¾-kilo portion leftover roast chicken, cubed
* 250 grams pasta noodles, cooked according to package directions
* ½ cup chives, sliced
* ½ cup chives, sliced (for garnish)
* ¼ cup roasted whole peanuts

1) Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Sauté red onions until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until browned. Add sesame oil, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce and chicken stock. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

2) Add leftover roast chicken, pasta noodles and chives. Toss until noodles are evenly coated with sauce. Garnish with sliced chives and roasted whole peanuts.






Compiled Recipe – Chicken, Sausage and Spinach Pasta

Chicken, Sausage and Spinach Pasta

* 225 grams penne noodles
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 4 (60 gram) fillets skinless chicken thigh, sliced into strips
* 1 (150 gram) Hungarian sausage, sliced on the diagonal
* ½ cup all purpose cream
* 1/3 cup chicken stock
* 3 tbsp cream cheese
* 2 cups spinach leaves
* salt and pepper (to taste)

1) Cook noodles 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.

2) Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

3) Add chicken; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

4) Add sausage and cook until heated through.

5) Add cream, stock, cream cheese and spinach. Simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6) Add pasta. Toss until well combined.



Compiled Recipe – Spaghetti With Cream Sauce

Spaghetti With Cream Sauce

* 2 tbsp butter
* ¼ cup white onions, chopped
* 1 tbsp garlic, minced
* 2 cups all purpose cream
* 4 cups spaghetti noodles, cooked
* ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
* salt and pepper (to taste)

1) Heat butter on a wok or medium frying pan. Saute chopped white onions and minced garlic. Add all purpose cream and let it simmer.

2) Add cooked spaghetti noodles or any long pasta ; mix well. Toss in grated parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
