Compiled Recipe – Iced Hot Chocolate

Iced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
* 2/3 cup fat free milk
* 1 envelope (1.25 oz. each) Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation Hot Cocoa Mix
* 1 cup crushed ice
* Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Preparations:
1) Heat milk in glass measure in microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warm. Stir in cocoa mix until blended.

2) Pour over ice in glass. Top with a serving of Reddi-wip; serve immediately.

Tip: To make an iced mocha drink, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules to the milk with the cocoa mix.

Compiled Recipe – Chai Mocha

Chai Mocha

Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cup fat free milk
* 2 envelopes (0.55 oz. each) Swiss Miss Sensible Sweet trade; No sugar added hot cocoa mix
* 1 tbsp. instant espresso powder
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 whole clove
* 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
* 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
* Reddi-wip Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping

Preparations:
1) Place milk, hot cocoa mix, instant espresso, cinnamon stick, whole clove, cardamom and ginger in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot, whisking occasionally.

2) Remove and discard cinnamon stick and whole clove. Pour into heat-proof glasses or mugs; top with Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.

Tip: No whole spices on hand? Substitute 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a dash ground clove for the whole. Reduce cardamom to a dash. Proceed with recipe as directed.

Compiled Recipe – Icy Chai Mocha

Icy Chai Mocha

Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cup fat free milk
* 2 envelopes (0.55 oz. each) Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa Mix
* 1 tbsp. instant espresso powder
* 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
* 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
* 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
* 6 cups ice
* 2 tbsp. honey
* Reddi-wip Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping

Preparations:
1) Microwave milk on HIGH 1 minute 30 seconds. Meanwhile, whisk together cocoa mix, instant espresso, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and ginger in medium bowl. Pour warm milk over cocoa mixture; whisk to combine.

2) Place ice in blender container; pour cocoa mixture over ice. Add honey and blend until combined. Pour into chilled glasses or mugs; top with Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.

Compiled Recipe – Cherry Vanilla Berry Popsicles

Cherry Vanilla Berry Popsicles

Ingredients:
* 1 cup fat-free milk
* 1 cup non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
* 3 tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
* ½ cup fresh raspberries (about 2.5 ounces or 20 berries)
* ½ cup fresh blueberries ( about 2.5 ounces)
* 5 strawberries, sliced into 4 slices each

Preparations:
1) In a medium size bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt and confectioners sugar. Set aside.

2) Place 2 raspberries in the bottom of each of 10 popsicle molds. Divide blueberries evenly among the popsicle molds. Place two strawberry slices in each popsicle mold.

3) Carefully pour milk mixture over fruit, dividing it evenly among the molds. Gently tap the popsicle molds on the counter to release any air bubbles. Place in popsicle sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Run popsicle molds under warm water to release the popsicles. Enjoy!
