Healthy Coffee Banana Smoothie
* 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled Seattle’s Best)
* 1 ½ banana (cut into chunks)
* 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
* 2 tsp. honey (or agave nectar)
* ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
* ¼ tsp. grated nutmeg
* 6 ice cubes
1) Place all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender (one that can crush ice).
2) Blend until smooth. Serve.
