Compiled Recipe – Spiked Hot Chocolate

Spiked Hot Chocolate

* 2 oz. finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
* 6 oz. hot milk
* 1 ½ oz. Spirit of choice (Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, peppermint schnapps, Green Chartreuse or Bourbon)
* mini marshmallows (for garnish)
* Irish coffee mug (glass)

1) Put the chopped chocolate in an Irish Coffee mug.

2) Pour the hot milk into the mug and let stand for 2 minutes, then stir with a spoon until smooth.

3) Pour in the spirit of your choice and stir to combine.

4) Garnish with mini marshmallows.
