* ¾ cup rolled oats
* 2 bananas, lakatan variety
* 2 large eggs
* ½ tsp baking powder
1) Combine rolled oats, bananas, eggs and baking powder in a blender; whiz until well combined.
2) Heat a slightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour in batter and swirl pan to form a circle. Cook until light brown, about 45 seconds per side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve with sliced bananas and maple syrup, if desired.
