Compiled Recipe – Homemade Banana Chips

Homemade Banana Chips

Ingredients:
* 5 pieces bananas, use semi-ripe saba variety
* vegetable oil (for deep frying)
* 1 tbsp butter, softened
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* ½ tsp salt

Preparations:
1) Cut the bananas in very thin slices (you may use mandolin). Set aside for at least 30 minutes to dry out.

2) In a wok, heat vegetable oil and add the butter. Deep fry banana slices until golden brown.

3) Take out the fried banana slices and drain. Drizzle with brown sugar and toss with salt. Serve immediately.
