Salted Caramel Sauce
* 1 cup sugar
* 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
* ½ cup Alaska Crema all purposecream
* 1 tsp sea salt
1) Place sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan saucepot over medium heat. Melt sugar, whisking constantly, until deep amber in color, about 6 minutes.
2) Add unsalted butter and whisk until melted. Remove from heat and carefully whisk in all purpose cream. Stir in sea salt. Let cool then transfer to a bottle.
