Compiled Recipe – Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
* ½ cup Romaine lettuce, torn
* ½ cup spinach or kangkong leaves
* 1 piece small banana or ½ big banana (lakatan variety)
* ½ cup apple, peeled, de-seeded and diced
* 2 tbsp rolled oats
* 1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
* 2 tbsp coconut sugar
* ½ cup plain yogurt
* ¼ cup coconut water or water
* 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation:
* In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
