Compiled Recipe – Pork Inasal

Pork Inasal Sisig

Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 ¾ kilo portion leftover pork inasal, minced
* 1 cup white onions, finely chopped
* 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
* 2 eggs, slightly beaten
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 tbsp calamansi juice
* 1 tsp liquid seasoning
* rice (to serve)

Preparations:
1) Heat a non-stick pan until smoking. Add vegetable oil and pork inasal. Cook until slightly crisp.

2) Add white onions; cook until translucent. Add chopped garlic; sauté for 2 minutes. Whisk in eggs; mix well. Season mixture with salt, pepper, calamansi juice and liquid seasoning. Serve with rice.
