Meatloaf Bolognese Pasta

* 2 tbsp butter
* ½ cup white onions, chopped
* ¼ cup carrots, finely chopped
* 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
* ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
* 2 loaves leftover meatloaf
* 3 cups spaghetti sauce
* 1 cup water

1) Melt butter in a pan.

2) Sauté onions, carrots, garlic and celery until tender.

3) Add 2 loaves meatloaf (crumbled) and spaghetti sauce; mix well.

4) Add 1 cup water. Boil then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 25 minutes.
