Baked Tahong (Baked Mussels)
* ½ kilo steamed mussels, in the half shell
* 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
* ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
* 2 tbsp butter
* 3 tbsp spring onions, minced finely
1) Pre-heat oven to 350˚F. In a small mixing bowl , combine Japanese breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, butter and spring onions in a bowl.
2) Lay the mussels on a baking sheet, place the bread crumbs mixture over each shell and press down slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
