Compiled Recipe – Peppermint Mocha Frappe

Peppermint Mocha Frappe

* 1 ½ cups strong coffee, frozen into cubes
* ¾ cup milk
* 3 tbsp brown sugar (or more to taste)
* 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
* 5 to 7 drops peppermint extract
* whipped cream and chocolate shavings

1) Place all ingredients except whipped cream in blender. Blend until iced cubes are crushed. If you are having trouble having it thoroughly blended, let it sit for a couple of minutes and try again.

2) Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

*Use about 12 ice cubes
