Compiled Recipe – Pumpkin Spice Latte Base

Pumpkin Spice Latte Base

* 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
* ½ cup packed brown sugar
* 2 tbsp espresso powder
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1 tsp vanilla
* pinch of kosher salt

1) Combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, espresso powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and mix until completely combined.

2) Transfer to a re-sealable container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

3) Add to taste to hot chocolate, whipped cream, oatmeal or milkshakes.
