English Breakfast Milk Tea
* 1 English Breakfast tea bag
* 2 cups boiling hot water
* 2 ½ tbsp cold milk
* 1 tbsp honey
* ½ cup black tapioca pearls, cooked according to package directions
* ice cubes (optional)
1) Steep 1 English Breakfast tea bag in boiling hot water for 5 minutes; remove tea bag
2) Stir in cold milk and honey. Divide between two glasses and set aside.
3) Cook ½ cup black tapioca pearls according to package directions. Add to glasses.
4) Serve warm or cold with ice cubes
