No Bake Chocolate Yema Cake

* ½ cup butter
*1 cup white sugar
*1 cup full cream milk
*2 tbsp water
*1 cup flour
* ½ cup cocoa powder
*1 tsp baking soda
*1 tsp baking powder
* ½ cup condensed milk
* 2 egg yolks
* 1 pinch salt

1) In a small saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, milk and water until melted. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.

2) In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Mix this into the butter mixture until just combined.

3) Pour the batter into a 7-inch cake pan and cover with foil. Steam for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

4) To make the yema frosting: stir the condensed milk and egg yolks in a small saucepan over low heat until thick. Let cool to room temperature before using.

5) To assemble: Spread the yema frosting over the cake. Serve at room temperature.
