* 750 mL Red wine
* 200 grams apple
* 200 grams sugar
* Black pepper (x25)
*20 grams cinnamon
* 10 cloves
1) Pour red wine into a pot, add spices and sugar, then throw in chopped apples and herbs
and bring everything to a boil.
2) Take the mixture off the burner, cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
3) After that, strain the mulled wine and pour it into wine glasses, adding a lemon wedge
and a few fresh apple pieces to each one.
