Cherries In Snow

*1 kilogram sour cherries
* 300 grams powdered sugar
* 2 egg whites
* 2 cups water

1) Pit the cherries, add 200 grams powdered sugar and water and cook until the syrup thickens without letting the berries fall apart. Remove the cherries to a baking mold.

2) Beat egg whites on top of the cherries, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar and bake in an oven pre-heated to 150-180 degrees Celsius until golden.

Compiled Recipe – Macarons


For meringues:
* 3 whites of large eggs
*200 grams powdered sugar
*25 grams coarse sugar
*125 grams ground almonds
* food coloring (to taste)

For stuffing:
* 50 grams coarse sugar
* 2 egg yolks
* vanilla (to taste)
* 1 tbsp flour
* 200 mL milk

1) Whip the whites into a firm foam, continue to whip and add sugar a little at a time, until the mixture is shiny. In a blender, grind powdered sugar and ground almonds into a very fine powder, sift several times and add to the meringue mixture together with the food coloring. Mix thoroughly until the dough becomes homogeneous. Draw 5 circles 4 cm in diameter in three rows on baking paper. Turn the paper over, pour the dough into an icing bag and squeeze a ball into the center of each circle. Give the baking sheet a shake to distribute the mixture evenly and let it dry for 15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius and bake approximately 10 minutes until firm. Cool a little and remove from the baking sheet. You need 30 halves.

2) For filling, you need to beat the yolks with sugar into thick icing and add flour. Warm the milk, but make sure it doesn’t boil and add a little time to the icing while continuing to beat. Add vanilla and food coloring, then strain it into the pan with milk. Bring the icing to a boil, stirring all the time, then let it cool. Put the icing on one half and cover with the other half.

Compiled Recipe – Muffins with Strawberries and Chocolate

Muffins with Strawberries and Chocolate

* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup sugar
* 100 mL sunflower oil
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* Egg
* 200 grams flour
* 50 grams chocolate drops
* 200 grams fresh strawberries
*powdered sugar or vanilla icing to taste

1) Combine all liquid ingredients and stir lightly. Combine all dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and stir until smooth. Add chocolate drops. Last of all, add chopped fresh strawberries.

2) Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the muffins in ¾ full silicone muffin cups lined with paper for 30-40 minutes. Test the muffins with a  wooden toothpick or party pick.

3) Cool off completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with vanilla icing and whole strawberries.

Compiled Recipe – Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls

* 300 grams pre-made layered dough
* 5 tbsp brown sugar
* Egg
*1 tbsp water

1) Defrost the pre-made layered dough for about half an hour at room temperature. Don’t remove it from the packaging to make sure the dough doesn’t dry out.

2) Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating. Lightly roll the dough with a rolling pin. Scramble the eggs with water. Coat the pieces of dough with egg. Slice the dough into 2-10 cm strips.

3) Coat each strip in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Taking it by the ends, rotate your hands in opposite directions to roll the dough into spiral shape.

4) Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the rolls on the rack, gently pressing the edges of the rolls against the rack to prevent them from unrolling.

5) Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Compiled Recipe – Baked Potatoes On The Grill

Baked Potatoes On The Grill

*10 large potatoes
*450 grams bacon
*2 bulbs garlic
*ground black pepper
*1 roll aluminum foil

1) Cut the foil into pieces. Chop the bacon and garlic. Wash the potatoes and slice them into thirds. Place each third on a piece of foil, then add salt and pepper. Add garlic and bacon on top, then cover with the middle piece of potato. Put bacon and garlic on the middle piece, add salt and pepper, and cover with the last potato piece. Roll up the foil so it’s airtight.

2) Light the charcoal grill. Once the fire is going and the charcoals are glowing, put the potatoes on the grill and cover them with coals. Cooking time is 50-55 minutes. Push the coals away with a spatula and remove the potatoes from the grill.

Compiled Recipe – Roasted Veal

Roasted Veal

* 1 kilo gram veal filet
* rosemary, thyme and mint
*black pepper
*lemon juice

1) Wash the meat thoroughly, then rub it with spices to taste and sprinkle it with herbs. Spritz the meat with lemon juice and let it sit.

2) While the meat is sitting, light the charcoal grill. First brown the meat on the grill, then wrap it in foil and cook it over the coals until done.

Compiled Recipe – Seasoned Nuggets

Seasoned Nuggets

* 420 grams chicken filet
* spices for chicken to taste
* ginger (root) to taste
* wheat flour
*lettuce leaves
* chili sauce
* 1 tbsp olive oil
*150 grams bread crumbs
* 450 mL vegetable oil
* salt

1) Chop the chicken filet into medium sized pieces. Add seasoning. Add salt. Remove the skin from the ginger, grate it and add it to the chicken. Add olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Let stand for one hour.

2) Generously coat the marinated chicken in flour on all sides. Then dip the pieces in the egg, which has already been scrambled with a fork, and coat them in breadcrumbs.

3) Fry the nuggets in a frying pan on high in boiling oil for 5-7 minutes until crunchy and golden brown. Put them on a paper towel. Serve this homemade snack on a serving dish garnished with lettuce leaves. Complete it with chili sauce.

Compiled Recipe – Smoked Salmon Tartlets

Smoked Salmon Tartlets

* 12 medium-sized tartlets (can be cooked using own recipe)
* 200 grams smoked salmon
* ½ cup 20% fat sour cream
* fresh cucumber
* parsley, dill, cilantro and cervil

1)  Cut the salmon into thin, narrow strips.

2) Peel the cucumber and dice it.

3) Put one strip of salmon into each tartlet, adding diced cucumber and sour cream

4) Garnish with herbs

Agua Fresca

* 700 grams watermelon pulp
* 50 grams lemon juice
* 2 tbsp honey
* 100 mL water
* Ice


1)  Blend the watermelon, add water, lemon juice and honey in a blender until it becomes uniform, then strain it.

2) Pour it into glasses with ice
